“NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!I called to speak with the office manager regarding a professional matter the woman that answered the phone was very nasty and rude. She told me " I DONT HAVE TIME" and proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back to speak with some one else in a very delicate tone and she told me " NO" that i could not speak with anyone else and once i asked abut Dr. Brown she told me that she was one of the owners. I asked was she always this rude to callers and she told me to have a great day after an awkward pause, and i did tell her to have a blessed day. Maybe it is a bad day. I do hope so, because if this who is helping run this business. I am very concerned.”
