How likely are you to recommend Integrated Behavioral Health?
“Last 4 appointments have been canceled and rescheduled by the dr. When I show up on time I wait in lobby anywhere from 1-3 hours for a 15 minute appointment with Dr. C. I’ve been out of my medication since for almost a week and after calling 3 days in a row, they act like getting my prescription sent in is not an issue but obviously not a priority either.”
“Called them at 8:30am to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy before I went out of town. They acted like it was no big deal. Then I had to call multiple times throughout the day to make sure that they were sending it because I was going out of town and didn't want to be without my meds for the entire next week. They kept assuring me that it was handled. About an hour before they closed I called back because my pharmacy didn't have it and all of a sudden there system was down and guess what else... there wasn't anybody there to speak to. No manager, no nothing. They am went home early. Like I said....a joke. Not only that but they are always running behind schedule on their appointments. To see Dr C. I have waited literally hours. Do yourself a favor and find another office cause this one straight up sucks!”
“IBH Decatur does NOT care about their patients. They will not return your phone calls especially when you are running low on medication and need to reschedule an appointment. It really sucks this is the only option we have in decatur.”
“I was misdiagnosed. When I found out, I requested another provider that can diagnose me properly and was told I couldn’t switch providers in this practice. So I left this clinic to go to another clinic that is seeing me sooner and actually helping me out. I don’t recommend going to this clinic especially if you need proper help. It’s decent for medication management but you can get that anywhere really.”
