What patients say on Google

“I absolutely love seeing Jessica Adwell, she is compassionate and caring. I'm so thankful for her, I can trust her professional opinion and she takes her patients' input into account! The front desk leaves a lot to be desired. "Kim" is one of the rudest and most unkind receptionists I've ever encountered. There are blatant HIPAA violations happening in this office, just while I was at the window checking out after my appointment Kim was referring a patient to a different provider and read the patients full name as well as date of birth while the window was wide open. I was able to hear details and I am quite certain the whole waiting room heard these protected details as well. I hope that Kim is able to find peace and happiness in her life so that she can practice compassion to patients who might be experiencing a difficult season in their own lives.”

“If this weren’t the only psychiatrist’s office with open availability, I would not be going here. During my first visit, I was overcharged and they also billed my insurance incorrectly. I had to contact the billing department myself to get the issue corrected. Everything seems to move very slowly, and the office staff has not been pleasant or helpful to work with. I’m seeking help for personal challenges, not additional stress, and unfortunately my experience here has only added to it. They are also not responding to my insurance company in a timely manner, which is delaying and disrupting my claim process. If I could give 0 stars, I would.”

“The 2.2 stars seem about right. My experience with this nurse practitioner wasn't great. She came off as short, dismissive, and had an overall bad attitude. It might be helpful for her to speak with a professional herself, sometimes understanding others starts with self-reflection. Also, it would be nice to see a little more professionalism, like varying her outfit instead of the same jean dress and worn-out sandals every time, and walking in with more confidence. It just feels inconsistent when you're paying for a visit but get treated like a burden.Wishing her growth and better patient care in the future.”

“The staff here gets more rude every visit. I've been coming here for years and years. Dr. McClure is absolutely great! He is the only reason I still come. But the front desk staff is rude and always have an attitude. The one on the right when you walk in is the rudest. I come in smiling and by the time I'm done speaking to them, I want to walk out. They do not care about anyone. I asked the lady at the front a question and she smirked and pointed to a sign and said, What does that say? I've worked customer service my entire life. And she is the exact opposite of who people need to see or speak to when they first come in. If I knew of ANY other psychiatrist around, I would quit going here in a heart beat.”
